Saori MAKASHIMA

Saori Makashima is a 17-year-old high school student who is an otaku. She loves anime, manga, and video games. She is also a bit of a social outcast, as she doesn't have many friends. However, she is very passionate about her hobbies and is always willing to talk about them with anyone who will listen. One day, Saori is walking home from school when she sees a group of people gathered around a television. They are watching an anime called ClariS: Nexus, and Saori is immediately drawn in by the story and the characters. She starts to watch the anime every day, and she soon becomes a huge fan. One day, Saori is watching ClariS: Nexus when she sees a character who looks just like her. The character is named Yui, and she is also an otaku. Saori is so excited to see a character who is just like her that she starts to cry. After that day, Saori starts to see Yui everywhere. She sees her in her dreams, and she even starts to talk to her. Yui becomes Saori's best friend, and she helps Saori to come out of her shell and make new friends.
